1. Acceptance of terms

By using cryptorefcodes.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Site purpose

The Site publishes informational content about cryptocurrency exchange referral programs, cashback rates, signup processes, and related topics. The Site is not a financial, investment, legal, or tax advisory service. See our disclosure for details on our affiliate relationships.

3. Eligibility

To use the Site you must be:

• Legally allowed to use cryptocurrency exchanges in your country of residence
• Acting without intent to bypass exchange geographic restrictions via VPN, false identity, or other circumvention methods

We do not promote, encourage, or assist in bypassing Binance or any exchange's geographic or KYC restrictions. Using a VPN to circumvent restrictions typically violates exchange terms and may result in account suspension or loss of funds.

4. Not financial, legal, or tax advice

Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only. Nothing on the Site constitutes financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, or any professional recommendation. Always consult appropriately qualified professionals before making decisions that may have financial, legal, or tax consequences.

5. No warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that referral codes featured on the Site will work for your specific account, region, or circumstances. Cashback rates, fee structures, and program terms are controlled by Binance and other exchanges and may change without notice.

6. Affiliate relationship

The Site contains affiliate links. When you sign up to an exchange using our referral code or link, we may earn a commission. This commission funds the Site but does not create a fiduciary, advisory, or other professional relationship between you and CryptoRefCodes.

7. Third-party services

Binance, Bybit, KuCoin, and other exchanges referenced on the Site are independent third parties. They control all aspects of your account with them, including: account approval, KYC verification, fee structures, cashback eligibility, referral attribution, product availability in your region, withdrawals, and tax documentation.

Their terms of service govern your relationship with them, not ours. Read each exchange's terms before signing up.

8. External links

The Site contains links to external websites (Binance's terms and fee schedule, official tax authorities, etc.). We do not control the content, terms, or privacy practices of external sites and accept no responsibility for them.

9. Acceptable use

You may use the Site for personal, lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the Site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Engage in abusive automated access (high-frequency scraping, denial-of-service attacks, etc.)
• Attempt to bypass geographic, technical, or security restrictions on the Site or on linked exchanges
• Misrepresent yourself or your jurisdiction to obtain services you are not entitled to

Normal search-engine crawling and reasonable indexing by legitimate bots is welcomed.

10. Intellectual property

Site content (copy, calculator, page design, brand assets) is the intellectual property of CryptoRefCodes or its licensors. Exchange names (Binance, Bybit, KuCoin) and logos are trademarks of their respective owners.

Our use of exchange names and logos on the Site is nominative/editorial — for the purpose of identifying and describing the exchanges featured — and does not imply endorsement, partnership, sponsorship, or authorization unless explicitly stated.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CryptoRefCodes and its operator (Artūras Pileckis) are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site, including loss of funds, loss of opportunity, or trading losses.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law — including statutory consumer guarantees, fraud, wilful misconduct, or liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, where the Site operator is based. Any dispute arising in connection with the Site or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Lithuania.

This does not affect your rights as a consumer under mandatory provisions of the law of your country of habitual residence.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects when the current version was published. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Substantive changes will be noted in a brief changelog:
